Beautiful - Large premium packet of Yellow Spanish Onion (Allium cepa var. ‘Yellow Sweet Spanish’) garden seeds. This garden staple is a reliable heirloom long-day onion that is easy to grow and perfect for beginners. Consistently yields large sweet yellow onions that reach 1-3 pounds. Minimum of 500 mg per packet (about 140 seeds).
Productive - Onions germinate in 7-15 days when soil temps are 50-70°F. Plant 1/2” deep and space 6-8” apart in an area with full sunlight. This variety will grow 6-12” tall with a spread of 4-6”. Onions will mature 110-120 days, plant in USDA zones 3-9.
Good Eats - Yellow Spanish Onions are a delicious addition to your kitchen dishes. They are great in salads, sandwiches, and fresh salsas. Bulbs store up to 6 months.
