Beautiful - Large premium packets of Bok Choy (Brassica rapa) seeds. Also known as Pak Choi or Chinese cabbage, and is grown for both its stalks and leaves. Bok Choy does well when sown in Spring or Fall. Minimum of 750mg per packet (about 320 seeds).
Productive - Bok Choy germinates in 8-12 days when soil temps are 55-70°F. Plant 1/4” deep and space 16” apart in an area with full sunlight. This variety will grow 10-14” tall with a spread of 4-6”. Heads will mature 50-60 days, plant in USDA zones 2-10.
Good Eats - This cruciferous vegetable has a very mild, sweet flavor that shines in Asian dishes and stir-fries.
